Bill McPherrin,  Administrative Manager
From Raytown, Missouri, will direct strategy  and operations of the Company.  After graduating from Northern Colorado University in 1979 with a degree in Geography and Environmental Science, Mr. McPherrin has worked in the oil industry since 1980.  From 1982 to 1995, he contributed to the development of Magellan On- Line, a modem access data retrieval system with Petroleum Information.  In 1995 he left to work for a small independent named Miocene Oil and Gas.  In 1998 Mr. McPherrin formed Rolling Thunder Oil and Gas, a company which drilled and re-completed Coal Seam wells in Oklahoma.  Mr. McPherrin has most recently been consulting field operations for start-up oil & gas companies in Northeast Kansas.
Brandon Parks,  Operations Manager
 Mr. Parks  will manage all field operations.  He has 10 years of experience in completions, production and work-over experience.  Mr. Parks Attended the University of Kansas, where he studied Mechanical Engineering.  Most of his experience has been in the Kansas and Colorado area in both natural gas and oil. He most recently has been employed as a Completions Specialist and Engineer with Halliburton Energy Services in the Rocky mountain region, where his clients included Anadarko, Noble Energy, Barrett Resources and Mobil Oil.  While at Halliburton, his typical duties included well completions, remedial services and reservoir monitoring activities.  He was also instrumental in developing new lines of technology used in the monitoring of downhole reservoir activity in several different basins Halliburton operated from.  Previously Mr. Parks was employed by several companies involved in the service and exploration of oil & gas.  His activities will include acquisition and development of all  properties.
Jim Parks, Drilling Superintendent
Mr. Parks will oversee all drilling operations and down-hole remediation work. He has 50 years of significant experience in the exploration, drilling and service sectors of the Oil and Gas Industry.  During his career he has specialized in drilling, completions and production consulting throughout the  Mid-Continent for Fina, Mobil Oil, Amoco, Conoco, Phillips and various independent companies.  He began his career in 1952 with Halliburton Energy Services where he was both a frac and cement supervisor, and later becoming a down-hole tool operator.  He left the company in 1963 to start his own down-hole tool and well service companies, which he owned and operated for over 40 years and just recently liquidated.  Mr. Parks will oversee the drilling and completion of all properties.
